The Lifer combines a premium reef experience with a stunning sunset safari, giving you the chance to encounter Ningaloo’s wildlife both in and out of the water.
After your Life on Ningaloo tour, you’ll head out with Ningaloo Birding Safaris to explore one of Australia’s most remarkable wilderness regions. As the sun dips toward the Indian Ocean, you’ll witness birdlife in its most active and atmospheric moments—raptors soaring on thermals, shorebirds settling for the evening, and golden light transforming the landscape.
In birding, a “lifer” is a first sighting—a moment that stays with you forever. This experience is about exactly that: adding something meaningful to your life list, not just your itinerary.

- You are then responsible for booking directly with the collaboration partner, allowing you the flexibility to choose dates and times that best suit your itinerary.

With Sea to Sky, you’ll experience the full scale and beauty of the Ningaloo Coast, from the depths of the reef to the skies above it.
Start your journey in the water on a Life on Ningaloo tour, swimming alongside the reef’s incredible marine life. Then take to the air with Ningaloo Aviation on a breathtaking 60-minute Explorer Flight.
From above, the contrast is extraordinary – rugged ranges, white sand beaches, and the striking turquoise of the reef stretching along the coastline. Keep watch as your experienced pilot searches for whale sharks, manta rays, turtles, and other marine life visible from the air.
